Description

Learn what and why the government does for the interest of “We the People” and our country. Those actions directly impact us in one way or another! Take a moment and look at the world from a political standpoint. Have you ever entered another country where you had to complete immigration and custom paperwork? Do you think you can pass the American Citizenship test? Let’s dive deeper to learn about our American government!

Build the Knowledge. Lead with Confidence.

The world’s greatest leaders don’t just understand government. They understand people. They don’t just study economics. They understand how decisions shape businesses, communities, and the future.

The Civic Leadership & Economics Bundle combines two University of California A-G approved courses—American Government and Economics—into one immersive learning pathway designed to prepare students for college, careers, entrepreneurship, and responsible citizenship.

At RAAC Academy, we believe these subjects should never be taught through endless lectures and memorization. Instead, students explore real-world issues, debate current events, analyze economic trends, participate in simulations, and develop the critical thinking skills needed to become confident decision-makers in an ever-changing world.

Whether students dream of launching a business, pursuing law or public policy, studying economics, entering STEM fields, or simply becoming informed citizens, this pathway provides a strong academic foundation while making learning meaningful and engaging.

What Makes This Program Different?

Unlike traditional classrooms, students don’t simply memorize information for a test—they apply what they learn through authentic experiences.

Throughout this pathway, students will:

  • Develop financial and economic literacy through real-world applications.
  • Explore how local, state, and federal governments shape everyday life.
  • Participate in debates, mock elections, and policy discussions.
  • Analyze current events through multiple perspectives.
  • Strengthen communication, research, and presentation skills.
  • Build confidence in defending ideas with evidence and respectful dialogue.
  • Connect economic principles to entrepreneurship, investing, and personal finance.

Prepare for college while developing lifelong leadership skills.
