Did someone say food??? This class will help students learn the essential do’s and don’ts in the kitchen, learn about various healthy spices and herbs, usage of small appliances, quick cooking tips, and more… all while making delicious dishes! Enjoy hands-on edible education, while boosting your confidence in the kitchen! Try dishes from different countries as we explore themes such as Taste of India and Mexican Fiesta, all while learning creative and useful culinary fundamentals! Develop safe and smart kitchen techniques. Garnish dishes for attractive presentation, know alternate substitutes to meet dietary needs, and measure ingredients, accurately. Join all the fun with a lot to learn.

Students are always eager to enter this class! They’re walking in hungry, ready to cook up a storm and of course, EAT! Sometimes, parents’ are running late because of their busy work schedules. It would be so nice if kiddos could independently whip up a reasonably healthy snack or meal when they get hungry. All the Jr. Chefs will get hands-on experience using unique kitchen accessories, learn about healthy herbs and spices that help make food taste so savory, and discover cooking hacks to simplify tasks in the kitchen, all while cooking delicious food!
